Commendations for the Death Dealers

| Raxtor is currently putting together 6 commendation medals for me. These medals will be awarded to Death Dealer members as
inter-squad awards. These awards are not as high as the main medals but they do have some importance within the squad. The commendations can only be awarded by the squad leader (thats me for the moment) and only through high excellence. 1 idea could be a recruitment award - recruit 3 or more members + u get this medal.. I however don't know what the medals will be as i have given that job to Raxtor. The commendation medal slots are
located on the upper right hand side of your report card. If u cannnot see the slots just refresh the page. keep you posted..

| well we already have that a recruitsment award..... and i am agains ths ..man this will make 2much difference of squads .i was thinking about the same structure...if i remmember right this medal is in the end of ranks and medals page

| these awards though are squad based not clan based - so it shouldn't interfear the structure of the clan -
not only that it makes all the active & useful members stand out more. Also it should make the members join in more and become more active & boost the dedication within the
squad since they have a seprate goal to get all the awards - it'll keep them more motivated and not get bored of training all the time. EDIT: just checked the medals section there is no seprate medal for recruiting members. theyre all battlefield medals. there is this 1: Officer can be awarded with such medal after long period of time and hard work with his squad
Squads that Kick ass on battlefield and Win in internal Matches can be awarded. but that says officer so nobody exept an officer can get it... ----- im really sure this idea will work m8.

| I dont think they should be limited to squads, instead I think that we should increase the number of clan awards. If we have a teir medal system that you can get numerous medals for for the same thing, that would encourage more frags in a clan war for example, or recruiting more people.

| fine... we will add new medals in clan as a formal... i mean more meddals inwhole clan and not only for a squads...that will be better i think
but ...ideas about the medals?.... i need all of ur ideas to finish it ..

| Although It is nice if you can have some internal medals because this way In your own squad they can respect that and people would try to fight harder and better for these things;)

| All of us r trying the best bro.... but someone hase more skills and someone has less. .anyway. i think we should have more meddals for whole clan
we will have an golden frame for tourney winners.. but we have to start with 4-5 squads first. another point is to creat a post with the most skilled players in clan.. and to set their photos there... it can be temprorary and can be changed 1 time in mounth.
all officer have to consider wha is the best fighter in squad for the mounth. we can do that by clan matches and stuff like that.
another medal is for Trainers ppl that r trying to teach other ppl how to fight... i dont know... tell me what do u think about this
