graphic problem

I have a little problem and I wanna know if any1 know what is wrong and how to fix it

I bought Graphic NVIDIA 7600GS 256MB DDR2 AGP 8x and when I start game my PC restarts... I reinstalled windows and drives and it doesnt help
It restarted on Splinter cell doble agent, PoP two thrones and Dark messiah... as when I look on hardware detection software witch is with game everything is fine and my hardware should be ok for those games -_-

I thought maybe I have bad power supply cuz its only 350W or maybe drivers (but that again I reinstalled drivers o.o)

my hardware:
ASRock motherboard AM2NF3-VSTA
AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual-core 3600+
1024MB DDR2 800MHz
350W supply
NVIDIA 7600GS 265MB GDDR2 (it has additional power)
HDD 120GB (old one :S)
floppy
van 12mm on tower
HDD van

maybe ur AsRock do this restart coz i know he do a lot of bugs very chip motherboard
