Would it be possible to section off the squads and put a Cpt in for each section.
That way everyone can chat their own language and there wont be so much hassle.
We can also work the squad alittle better if we have it this way too...

Did this method with other clans and it works fine.

Section 1: Dutch/Uk/German/France
Death Dealers
Marines

Section 2: Russia
Red Army
Sith

Squad 3: USA

not bad of an idea BUT who will sacrifaice him self fore a constant head aiche to be in charge of a whole section?
then ideas of a weekly report ore such should be droped off and instead make a thread where each leader just add new info on status, new recruits and so on....
and you should think of a privacy on evry thread thats not needed fore others to see!!
AND thers a serious problem we have...thers hand full of ppl who actualy chat in publik,spam and other general topics....simply i personaly don't know a scrach bout most of the ppl in clan :P
and setting in ts to do so aint exactly an answer >XP
