| For those ppl that have no idea what is ur time in gmt :
here is the link to the page GMT -> here u can see what is a real GMT time in the world..
Now choose ur country from the list and u will know Ur gmt time towards the world
so if i say the training will be orgonized at 8:00 gmt then u should just check how many hours u should add to the world time.
this will be ur Training time.
Example :
20:00 GMT -> 22:00 in israel ,,
19 :00GMT -> 22:00 in Karachay-Cherkessia, Russia
