hello my Cod4 installation is corrupt this file is not okay

this message cames

Since ive installed the new patch when I run my game I got this message:

code_post_gfx_mp.ff is different from the server

its a problem with the german version of the game

i say only Word GOOGLE

pls help me to play with you together

Ps.: Who is the Folder Who the rank ad the profiles are i want to reinstall it in English
