MMH, noticed that the quality of TS isnt good ennough for music, may works with rock but noway you enjoy any death metal on TS 
Ill try winamp shoutcast. ATM the Bot runs over my connection, but ill bring the server to my fathers office, he doesnt use his connection at its limit anyway 
For the start, ive transfered a very few songs from my libary to the server. Mostly Metal and a lot of Indie Rock, a bit rap and a very very very few techno tracks, 1 or 2, i know you dont like this stuff 
You can suggest any track to be taken into the list or taken out of it 
I also plan to combine it with an FTP programm, so you can add tracks yourself.
